Fascinating Fact for a Friday (5/26/17)

Did you know…?

Burning 1 gallon of gas releases 20 pounds of carbon dioxide.

Ok. In the US, we burn about 358,000,000 gallons of gas every day. Just for transportation.

Now let’s see… how much carbon dioxide is that? About: 7,160,000,000 pounds. Every day. Just for transportation.

Anyone want to join me in buying a hybrid car???

  1. You really make it appear so easy along with your presentation but I to find this matter to be really one thing that I believe I would never understand. It kind of feels too complex and extremely vast for me. I’m having a look forward for your subsequent post, I will try to get the dangle of it!

    1. Thank you! I’m glad that you think that. Yes, Climate Change is a vast subject that is constantly having new information added to it. It might seem a little overwhelming, but if you stick with the simple, basic, what you know and how you can help things it may seem to be little more manageable.

  2. You actually make it appear so easy along with your presentation however I find this topic to be actually something that I feel I would by no means understand. It sort of feels too complicated and very huge for me. I am having a look ahead to your subsequent publish, I will attempt to get the hang of it!
